Vallarta Cares is a legally established non-profit organization in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, operating under the legal name "Alacena por Amor a Vallarta." Officially registered on September 3, 2021, at Notary No. 3, Vallarta Cares has been dedicated to supporting the community through various initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for residents.

In July 2022, Vallarta Cares took a significant step by registering in the federal registry of civil society associations with the CLUNI AAV21090914OMG. This registration underscores our commitment to transparency and accountability in all our operations.

Further cementing our dedication to serving the community, on November 2, 2023, Vallarta Cares received the prestigious status of Donataria Autorizada. This designation, awarded by the Ministry of Finance, allows us to provide tax-deductible receipts to our donors, ensuring that their contributions can be acknowledged and incentivized.

To better serve our international supporters, in April 2024, Vallarta Cares Inc. was established in the United States as a non-profit association. This expansion enables us to issue tax-deductible receipts to our U.S.-based donors, fostering greater support and collaboration across borders.
